Restrictions: Kakashi can't use Kamui for offensive purposes. Summons, Gate of Death and Gate of Wonder are restricted.
Conditions: Lee can use the 6th Gate and can use Morning Peacock. Assume Lee and Gai can use Gates as long as Naruto can maintan SM.

All start in base.

Sm naruto and kakashi are more compatible, more stronger individually, more intelligent, more resourceful. Gai and lee are not winning this.

If you restricted Kamui altogether, I'd say Team 1's greatest chance would go like this:
-Guy opens 8th gate and pulverizes both, then dies.
-Only Lee remains on the battlefield, so it's a win for Team 1.

But with these restrictions:
-Guy opens 8th gate.
-Kakashi grabs (or not) and escapes to kamuiland.
-Guy dies.
-Kakashi (with or without Naruto) comes back and kills Lee.

Hence, 8th gate shouldn't work in this scenario.
Given that, I'd say they have about equal chances.
