Its been 250 years sense the death of Naruto Uzumaki and the fall of Madara Uchiha.(still no advances in technology) And the world has been stable until the death of the previous hokage And a Coup de tat broke out. The man who organised the Coup Was Hakudoshi Senju. HakuDoshi declared himself Hokage and turned the land of fire into a dictator ship.

The rival nations Saw this as war and have organised a kage summit in order to try to form a plan to stop Konoha and its Evil leader.

This is an open ended RP. Go anywhere you want. Do what you want.
Everyone begins as a Chunin. Unless you are a kage.(Only 5 kages can exist at 1 time)
up to 2 Bio Per RPer. If you wish to create another you must drop your existing 1 of your existing bios first(if you do drop have it get killed so we can advance plot).
It takes 5 posts to travel from 1 location to another. 1 post if you are traveling to a nearby location.
You level up after certain events and arcs are completed. You must be a participant in the arc to earn the rank up.
When your health reaches 0 you die. When you die(and this time around you will die on occasion), you are sent back to the hospital for 5 posts

THE 5 KAGE:
Each Kage rules one of the 5 ninja villages and is head of a unit in the Shinobi Alliance. They are powerful individuals who hand out missions to other shinobi throughout the ninja world. Those who wish to be Kages are allowed to give missions, Moderate the Thread, and approve/deny bios. All kages begin at Kage Rank.

THE SHARINGAN:
At Chunin Rank you possess the 3 tomei Sharingan. At S Class you can unlock the Mangenkyo Sharingan. At the Sannin Rank you can unlock EMS.

THE RINNEGAN:
Only members of the Uchiha can unlock the Rinnegan. Rinnegan is only available at the Sannin Rank. Rinnegan users are limited to Animal Realm and Naraka Path at Sannin, Preta Path and Deva Path at Kage rank, and all 6 paths at Sennin Rank. It takes 5 seconds (one post) to recharge Shinra Tensei. Chibaku Tensei takes 3 posts to perform, cost all your chakra to use, and is only allowed to use once per battle and can only be counter by Forbidden Rank Jutsu. You can not use Rinnegan in conjunction with sharingan abilities minus susanoo. Kamui users can achieve Rinnegan

SPACE TIME JUTSU AND KAMUI:
Space Time Jutsu like Flying Thunder God and Kamui have been abused in the past RPs where users constantly spam them to avoid every single attack thrown at them. For this reason I am placing some severe restrictions on the use of them. From this point forward all Space Time jutsu will only be allowed to be a maximum of 2 times per battle.

MOKUTON JUTSU:
Only members of the Senju clan may use Wood Release. No, you cannot obtain Senju DNA and incorporate it into your body to gain Mokuton. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Wood Release is strictly Senju only.

JINCHUURIKI:
In order to become a Jinchuriki you must pass the battle test against the chosen beast. They will appear in order by number of tails. You must meet certain requirements to become a Jinchuriki. I will announce what they are as the Bijuu appear. There are only 9 Jinchuriki total. Those who possess a Dojutsu (one of the 3 great eyes) and Sages cannot be Jinchuuriki

SAGES:
Sages training can begin at the Chuunin Rank. In order to become a Sage you must 1st sign a contract with a particular animal summon. Once the contract has been signed you then have the option of journeying to their hidden location where you will be trained to become a sage. There will only be 3 Sages at any given time in my RP Threads.

Umari has spent the next year training under Alexie who has become his legal guardian and mentor. Umari continues his training under the Black Wolf of Kumogakure who has agreed to help Umari find his younger brother and, one day, face his father's killer.

(Kumogakure: It's a warm mid afternoon day. Umari pushes his way through the thick crowd of Kumo villagers that have gathered below the courtyard of the Raikage mansion. Today is the day of Alexie's coornation as the new Raikage of Kumogakure. The people cheer joyously for Kumo's war hero, the Black Wolf as she makes her way south from the courtyard which overlooks the entire village. She waves embarrassingly and gives a warm smile as she notices Umari making his way to the front of the crowd.)

Alexie: Gawd I hate these sort of events....

Village Elder: Alexie-sama, the Raikage shouldn't say such things about her own ceremony. You are a hero to the people and an icon of leadership. You should carry yourself thusly.

Alexie: yes, yes....of course.

Umari: Alexie Ni chan! OI! Ni Chan!

(Alexie waves to Umari before jumping down from the courtyard balcony several yards below in front of the crowd much to the dismay of the village elders.)

Village Elders: RIAKAGE-SAMA!

Alexie: Relax part of the job is addressing the people is it not?

(Alexie places her hand on top of Umari's head as he draws closer.)

Umari: Uhm....so does this mean you won't be able to train me anymore?

Alexie: Well, the bulk of my time will be spent dealing with the daily affairs of the village now, Umari. Besides, there isn't much more I can teach you. Your...."other" talents require someone who is more versed in that area then I. So, as Raikage, I am assigning you a new instructor. But first....

(Alexie places her hand into her Kage Robe and pulls out a sealed scroll. She then hands it to Umari. Hold on to this. It belonged to your father.)

Umari: for me? What type of scroll is this?

Alexie: It's a summoning contract. A rare and special one at that. Your father used this contract and I think it is fitting that I pass it along to you. This summoning contract......

Village Elder: Raikage-Sama! I believe we have more important matters to attend to at the moment. I'm afraid the recent events of Kanoha need to be addressed immediatly.

Alexie: Eh?...ah....of course....Sorry Umari-Kun. We will have to continue this another time. As far as your training. Head to Turtle Island. Your new instructor eagerly awaits you.

Yakunan was nameless for 15 years due to her element not being known. At the age of 15 years old, she had burnt one of her siblings in a spare, resulting death. Devistated, they named her ' Yakunan' and banished her for life from returning to the Hyuga clan. 4 years later, she wad taught the basics of medical ninjustu and taijustu by a wise elder and since that accident, she is afraid of the element fire, but wants to master it, also... Yakuna only allows herself to do medical and taijustu.
