Besides, Madara didn't even care when speeding A attacked him. That was when he was much weaker than he is now. In today's chapter he was astonished when Guy attacked him a fraction of a second after opening the gates. This, coupled with Gaara's statement, pretty much implies Guy is absurdly fast.

Minato needs markings to move around, so he needs to throw kunais around for FTG to be a viable alternative of in-battle speed. Kunai's flying speed <<< Guy's speed.

You can't compare jutsu execution speed with character movement speed.
How clear do I need to make this?
I don't give a shit if you put base Minato below Guy, putting FTG above Guy is like comparing colors to shapes.

Movement speed is defined by distance travelled over time. How the hell do you want to compare it to jutsu execution speed?
Amount of times you can use a technique in 1 second? Lol
Sure, go for it. See if it allows you to compare a non-unit number to distance in meters.

Once again, so that your brain comprehends it: You. Can't. Compare. Jutsu. Execution. Speed. To. Movement. Speed.

And if you try to determine "FTG speed" by distance travelled thanks to it, then it's even worse bullshit. This "speed" depends on where FTG user wants to travel. If he wants to move a meter away, and, let's say, jutsu execution time is a second, then his speed is meter per second. If he wants to move 10 thousand kilometers away, then his speed is 10 thousand kilometers per second.
