Questions on gates

First:
What's with this talk of blue? isn't he called the green beast of the leaf coz 7th gate expels green gas?

Second:
Why don't Kakashi, Lee and Gai all open maximum gates(not exceeding 7 if the others can) and just attack Madara that way? It makes no sense to me letting Gai do all the work when both Lee and Kakashi can open gates as well, Kakashi opened one gate in a training exercise so he should be able to do a lil bit better and Lee opened like five gates in part one so at least he should be able to open up to gate seven by now right?

What do you think? having the 3 working together is a smarter tactic(to me at least) than Gai going all out when it's clear he wont win and guaranteed to die after

6th gate gives you green aura, 7th gives blue. Maybe that Lee and Kakashi are not as skilled in it as Guy, we haven't seen Lee opening more than 6 gates nor I think Guy would permit him.

Remember the fight with Kisame? After effects of using 7th gate leave you pretty defenceless. Its just this war that using harmful techs (see also Kakashi sniping Kamui here and there) doesnt make any effect on you...

Well, It just won't work on Madara. And why would they go all 3 and get killed? Gai's Idea is one of the best he will be showing us the 8th gate, I have been waiting for so long. Finally the Red beast will be born

It's not even proven in the manga that kaka she can use a gate, that was anime only. And if we are gonna go off anime, kaka she can only use the 1st gate.
