Madara's orbs are not faster than Kamui, only faster than warping Obito with bijuu

First of all, we should estimate the speed of Madara's orbs.

1. Obito was able to defend against them with his staff.

2. Minato managed to react and even fall down after the orbs were launched but before they reached Obito and Kakashi.

3. Kakashi and Minato even had time for some little chat after an orb was launched at Guy.

Not to mention that, while it didn't make it in time, Minato's kunai thrown by Kakashi was only a moment late. How can you say that orbs which are not much faster than a thrown kunai can be faster than Kamui?

As we can see, they might be fast, but they're nowhere near the insane speed.

On the other hand, Kamui speed feats include:
-warping Sasuke away after jinton was launched
-warping Naruto clone so fast that the space distortion was not even visible
-activating MS and warping two Susanoo arrows after they were launched
And there are more to list.

The conclusion is simple - the orbs were not faster than Kamui itself. They were faster than Kamui used on Obito with Bijuu. You might say that jinchuuriki have been warped before with no problems, so let's analyze these cases:
1. The first time a jinchuuriki was warped was when Kakashi kamuied Naruto's kage bunshin. Indeed, that was a very fast Kamui, to the extent of space distortion being invisible. However, it was a kage bunshin, so it had only half of Kurama's chakra at best. Plus, Kakashi collapsed after that one.
2. Kakashi also kamuied Bee, but nowhere was it suggested that this Kamui was a fast one. Not to mention Kakashi had Kurama's chakra at this point to boost him up.

Obito had Kurama's chakra when he tried to teleport, but it wasn't "tied" to him in the way bijuu are sealed in jinchuurikis. At this point Obito was not a jinchuuriki, so he couldn't use the chakra he had absorbed. Thus, he had no chakra boost, but still had to warp a bijuu along with himself. Thus, the time of teleportation was slowed down enough for Madara to be able to interfere.

Konan said that Obito needs more time when he's absorbing himself than absorbing someone or something else.
My guess is that Obito absorbing himself takes two seconds, absorbing others takes one and being intangible is instant and Madara's orbs can probably attack you in less than two seconds but he still needs more than one second like 1.5 seconds.

He does, but Obito and Kakashi alike concluded that they need to use a double Kamui to teleport Obito. The only explanation for this is that it takes longer to warp Obito with bijuu inside. After all, even a thrown kunai was almost able to make it in time before the orb and stuff MUCH faster than kunai (and actually a kunai itself, too) have already been warped with no problems whatsoever.

I didn't think about Kakashi's Kamui, obviously it worked as an accelaration on Obito, but we didn't see how fast it was, maybe it was instant, maybe not?
What if Kakashi's Kamui works like this: the smaller the object, the faster and easier it is to teleport away?

Well, that's pretty much considered a fact, but we've seen Kakashi warp human-sized objects at nearly instantenous speed (Naruto's clone, Susanoo's arrows).
Hence, the only reason for Kakashi being unable to warp Obito just as fast (and that's what Obito and Kakashi must have believed if they decided to use Kamui at the same time) is Kurama inside Obito.
