Im not denying he wont be, but as of late, he has been. I wasnt expecting Minato to be perfect, but at least be able to assist somehow, maybe pointing something out, or giving advice, no, instead we have him flashbacking.

He just gave Gai advice this chapter.

I won't deny Kishi has made Minato do some pointless things that add nothing to the story. He should just get to the point with what he wants Minato to do.

ANYONE could have told Gai that much. Since the beginning everyone knew that Taijutsu would be a good tool against Madara and Obito.
Kishi just made Minato do it to make him seem important again.

wtf? What else can he actually do at this point? Its not a bandwagon, its actually a logical and possible outcome to what can happen next.
He cant perform seals, he pretty much has to leave everything up to Gai, Kakashi, Obito and Naruto, Him sacrificing himself to save one of them is totally plausible. Come on dude.

It easy to write down an opinion..not only that, but these are RECENT chapters. I dont really feel like looking back to see all the tobi has done..you can if it is that important, or to refresh ur memory. Im not saying Minato has been useless the whole war, Im saying as of late, he has been kind of just there.

Says who? Who says it is plausible for him to sacrifice himself? you all thought he'd die after giving kurama to naruto, and that way he would sacrifice himself. The dude is still alive. What can he do now that would give him an honorable sacrifice?
