the only thing unique about minato is the rasengan. abit of a shame since all the hokages have unique skill sets but him.

Yep he is person of unique opportunity it seems. Not like Tobirama who invented all that shit, or any of the other hokage who all could do their OWN stuff. And tbh the Rasengan is WAYYY overrated. Any kind of "assassination" (lol) jutsu like that is way overrated in its usefulness.

But to be perfectly honest the fact that Minato looks like Naruto using the mode doesn't earn kishi any favors with making this a visible difference.
