Yall should really end this argument. Why didn't that jutsu work on Obito? Because it came out of Sasukes virgin eyes. If you look back when Sasuke was training as a child using the fire style, fire ball jutsu, you can clearly see that the size and power of the jutsu depends on who is casting it. If Itachi's eyes did that, he would have bathed Tobi with it. When Sasuke did it, it looked like a puppy dog was resting on Tobi shoulder.
