From the past chapters, the ending of this awesome series would probably go like this:

Naruto meets hagoromo in his subconscious after he has obtained all the bijuus' chakra.

We learn of the sage's backstory and the juubi itself in detail.

Naruto receives a new powerup related to the body: New jinchuriki cloak that ressembles the rikudo sennin

Naruto destroys madara's will within zetsu to show that he can indeed change madara and zetsu changes back to normal. Zetsu sees rikudo naruto, becomes an ally after being mistreated as a servant by madara and help obito kamui them back to physical dimension.

Obito dies in kamui dimension but is forever preserved by zetsu which binds to his body, acknowledging him as his real master for zetsu has been devoted to obito(years) more than he has been to madara(days)

Sasuke awakens rinnegan after being healed by kabuto who is an excellent medic.(He already survived a rasengan which hit his vital points) Sasuke gets rinnegan because he has been near death.

Naruto and Sasuke fight off madara on their own and madara shows his true powers. Because of their powerups, they would be able to survive this final fight

Madara loses the bijuus and is at his state of death, surprised at how he had failed.

Madara gets talked over, accepts he is a villain but redeems himself.

Madara deliberately gets sealed by the sage's tools along with juubi.

The Juubi is revealed to be the final villain. He has been the mastermind allowing himself to be controlled but on a deeper level, manipulating everything. He manipulated madara in casting infinite tsukuyomi so that it ruled humanity which rikudo sought to protect. Juubi knowing that he can no longer rely on madara easily breaks out of his control, destroying the sage's tools.

Juubi gives up on the infinite tsukuyomi and adopted his beliefs that humanity deserves destruction. Juubi reveals that humans was the only ones who together with juubi could achieve infinite tsukuyomi. Like the yin yang principle, infinite tsukuyomi required a human and the ten tails for the full effectiveness of the jutsu.

Juubi creates utter chaos, destroying everything.

Rikudo Naruto regrets to not have destroyed the juubi earlier, believing it could change but juubi was evil itself and the dark part of nature, the positive one being trees , mountains, lakes, seas, animals,etc..

Rikudo Naruto fights the beast, removes the bijuus and destroy the body(the gedo mazo).

The bijuus are free from a curse and are finally able to become one. Together, they also become one with naruto.

The world becomes peaceful again after the chaos(take example of our reality, the chaos being WW2 and then peace prevails again)

Naruto assumes the position of hokage. Sasuke protects the village and becomes naruto's most trusted friend. Shikamaru becomes his advisor.

Naruto disappears from the village for years. Sasuke protects the position of Hokage until he is succeeded by konohamaru.

Naruto ends: Adult konohamaru meets Naruto alone someday and then Naruto tells him that he is always watching and would continue to do so for the future generations. The village is succeeded by several hokages but at any point, wars doesn't break out because nature has become whole again with the bijuus and naruto (rather than the previous dark part of nature, the Juubi which created wars and cycle of hatred)

Thoughts?

I dont want the cycle of hatred to end just yet. There are still other villages out there that didn't even participate in this war.

I feel like Naruto should travel the world (and take Konohamaru with him lol) and reach out to those people. There should be those who resist and rebel against.

I'll find it kind of unrealistic if everyone just goes along with Narutos wishes without a fight.

Better be prepared its most likely gonna happen. He already converted people to his religion.

This ending has several plot twists to it. That's why I thought it would be plausible(just trying to be kishi)

That's a badass ending. I like how naruto left the village without needing to die. And later meets konohamaru. However I agree with gold lightning saying that the curse of hatred shouldn't end just yet

Thats quite kool man I like the juubi idea itd be a mad twist.

I had an idea of the sage meeting both naruto and sasuke after they defeat madara and together they go off with the sage taking the bijuu with them.
forever peace, the heroes will bring peace by they selfless choice to leave.

Madara is not the last conflict... lol. Its the Uchiha who is trying to change the world in a opposite way to Naruto.

Also, sorry but Juubi cannot be the bad one here.. its literally impossible..

Hatred will never truly end just like peace will never truly end.

There's always going to be someone with hatred. It's a big world. Unless Naruto is going to alter free-will [which is no better then Obito and Madara] or force the world into change then he can't break the cycle of hatred.

Can't say I agree on all points; but very well thought out, 100% plausible, and entertaining.

Nice work

It is an interesting prediction, however the root of all the problems in the Shinobi World is Chakra It is a stolen power, an Outer Path power which is the antithesis of the Inner Path to enlightenment, as long as humanity is tainted with Kaguya's original sin of stealing Chakra, they will never be free from the Wheel of Karma.

The irony in Madara's resolve is that while he opts to create an Illusory World without the "abominable chakra" he will still be using that stolen power of Chakra to fuel is Dream World, and that is why he will fail.

Speaking with a Buddhist friend, he told me this:

The first karmic action is the altered birth of the sage. He willingly did an even worse karmic action... he sealed the karmic action resulting from his mom's theft and sin.

He even went to extends of leaving it to others...

Not too good for karma...and that's why it all continued...

It will never end until Chakra is returned to its owner: The Shinju

Good post. Perhaps kishi will add more twist to his ending. We never know with him because he is a good writer.
