Itachi been able too survive longer than Sasuke against Madara

Perhaphs, but like I said, Sasuke would probably have at least tried to use Susanoo or Enton. Since he didn't we can assume that Madara's jutsu prevented him from using ninjutsu, and it would have the same effect on Itachi.

I denounce the healthy itachi fact since thats not what he was when he was alive.

itachi was sick and had issue with his disease. Ninjutsu wasn't working against madara(from what i see) so that cancels itachis best move set. Only hope he has is using susanoo and using the sword and shield.....but how long does that last specially for someone like itachi who had bad stamina.

also if you get stabbed and you are not a healer you are screwed either way.

Madara stated that he gave Sasuke enough time to attempt something, so I would assume Sasuke had full control over his abilities, he just didn't react in time due to fear or shock.

sasuke already observed ninjutsu was a waste but his kinjutsu did damage
tobirama also did the same exact thing as sasuke yet no one makes fun of him

I agree only because whats the odds of itachi just straight up attacking like sasuke did with out thinking that madara woukd not notice especially after seeing what he can do....thats what got sasuke beat in my opinion
