Sasuke will be in need of some Senjutsu chakra in the future whether he is battling Naruto, Madara, Orochimaru or whoever else can use onmyodon. He already has some of Juugo's body and 'had' the curse mark before which was done by Oro as a way to study >>Senjutsu chakra<< (not regular ninjutsu) which originated from Ryuuchido.
He is also in desperate need medical attention which Orochimaru's team is best qualified for: Kabuto (who could escape Izanami by realizing his destiny and outcome), Karin Uzumaki healed him multiple times, Orochimaru himself studied medical ninjutsu, and Juugo in the past was able to fuse his body with him.
>>What better way for Sasuke to be brought back than if Karin were to give him some of her Uzumaki blood to constitute for his lost blood<< and if Kabuto were the mystery man with the evil DSM chakra- who could try and pour his cells and chakra into him as well.
The ultimate result could be the unlocking of the Rinnegan- since Karin is an Uzumaki- the clan which are related to the Senju clan, and Sasuke's use of senjutsu chakra & possible Sennin Mode.
Before you start saying that Uzumaki DNA can't do it- well remember how the manga called Nagato a SENJU? Not only that but the people of the Hidden Eddy village where the Uzumaki are from were ALL blessed with a strong vitality and they were known as the village of longevity. A strong life force is indicative of their connection to the Younger Son of the Sage!
Mito, Kushina, Naruto, and Karin certainly have shown their physical strength and life-force by three of them being able to contain the 9-tails the strongest of the 9 Bijuu, Kushina was still alive when the entire 9-tails was extracted (longer than Naruto), Karin's healing abilities by just biting her XD and surviving a direct hit to a vital area.
Who can really survive something like this?
To say that the Senju aren't just about the same as the Uzumaki aren't related to your cousin or brother is like saying you aren't related to your cousin because he listens to different music and has red hair while yours is brown because but everything else genetically is just about the same except hair. The difference between the Uchiha and Senju origin though is that Senju and Uzumaki actually mixed while the Uchiha & Senju had opposition toward each other and as a result of destiny they probably did not try to come together nor do they have similar powers.
