your putting tayuya in font of sasuke? lol and i would take out kakashi i've never seen him use genjutsu

It doesn't take 20 years, look at Danzo during the Kage Summit he used it on Mifune then was about to use it on Tobi like an hour later

Danzo didn't use KA, because if that was it, any strong opponent will see it as a joke, it takes 20 years, read the chapter were itachi freed himself from edo restriction

4-Obito- control perfect jin,kill people with genjutsu and many others...
5-Itachi- Tsukiyomi, finger genjutsu
6-Kakashi- non sharingan genjutsu,regular sharigan genjutsu, did draw against Obito genjutsu fight
7-Sasuke- Tsukiyomi but lower than Itachi,regular sharingan genjutsu
8-2n Mizukage- Yin Release genjutsu
9-Jiraiya- Sound genjutsu
10-Tayuya-sama- sound genjutsu
