What does she have worth value that would pass onto her offspring beyond above average intelligence and chakra control... that would offset the the potential for a split personaity and uncontrollabe violent outbursts?

Karin has more potential, genetically speaking. Well, she has enough pros to make up for her Sakura-like cons.

Though I reckon Sasuke's type would be someone like Mikoto - more like Hinata than say Karin, Sakura or Ino. Traits I'd see him going for/ending up with in a lover/wife; dark hair, fair/pale skin tone, womanly figure, quiet strength, gentle/caring nature, motherly.

As for a mysterious OC Uchiha girl... well, it's not impossible Kumo managed kidnap one and breed them like a prize cow. I imagine that's how that kumo-bint with the red hair came about, product of an Uzumaki not as lucky as Kushina.

Or you could go for the less drama filled option - that there could be a bastard or two roaming about Konoha. Doubt everyone kept it in the clan, and it's not like it would be obvious as would be with say the Hyuga.

and unless that old man has a vagina and uterus or some kind of birthing jutsu I don't think he could make Uchiha babies with Sasuke LOL... and if he used Sexy Jutsu that would be most disturbing...

Personally though, I've always thought Sasuke was a little on the homosexual side... or is just uninterested in any of the girls he's met... because I think he said, he wanted to revive the Uchiha clan when we first see Team seven (which I took as meaning most likely he wanted to find a suitable partner) but then later changed his mind and just focused on avenging his clan... I think he said somewhere he didn't find any of the girls suitable or said girls were annoying not sure if it was cannon though XD but it was Pre-Shippuuden if I remember correctly (might have even been in the anime if I'm not going crazy)

Though I'd much rather not see Sasuke re-produce and call that the Uchiha clan because he's pretty weak in my opinion and the Uchiha blood he has isn't as strong... but Madara having kids and rebuilding the Uchiha clan would be much better... if only he didn't have a raging boner for Hashirama LOL the only person who we could hope to rebuild the Uchiha clan would be Obito but he's obsessed with Rin and dead girls can't have babies I think.... imagine a zombie/ Uchiha mix ....
