Itachi has better speed feats than Kakashi, as for skill Itachi has been showcased as a much more skillful. But that's just my opinion.​

Kakshi has no counter for gen or atermatsu, whenever Kaksahi Kamui's Someone he has to stare at his target it's not smart to stare at Itachi. Kamui is overrate. Even though I think Kakashi is strong he's just weaker than Itachi.​
