When Obito was the 10 tails jin he couldn't use kamui,now when he has half of 9 tails and a portion of 1 and 8 how can he travel using kamui?

I honestly don't see how what I said was harsh. The information and question he gave had no reason to why it would even be considered a plothole. I simply asked how he thought it was a plothole and answered whether it was a plothole, then gave my advice.

Obito said if he is a jinchuriki then he can't travel through dimension. Now since he has a portion of tailed Beasts in him + Rikudo staff to verify it , Hence he shouldn't had been able to phase through dimensions.

He's referring to being the jubi's jinchurriki. Not just being any beast's jinchurriki. Him being able to use kamui while being jinchurriki to kurama and other beast prove that the Jubi has special conditions to being it's host. The Jubi's jinchurriki restricts Kamui and being jinchurriki to other beast does not.

You call that a plothole the plothole is how on earth is Obito transferring 9 tails chakra when it belongs to black zetsu and is sealed in him. Only black zetsu can do that. Fodderuto should still be dead unless zetsu wills and zetsu serves Madara sama.
