Why has Kishi neglected Kirin..

Why doesn't Kishi let Sasuke showcase Kirin more often. We know it's OP'd but Kishi has nerfed stronger attacks before. Its Sasukes strongest move, but he hasn't pulled it out against anyone except Itachi and that was a long time ago.

Well he won't during this war as there are far too many people around. I don't think it should be used in every fight but seeing it once more would be nice.

Going by the current power levels kirin is not up to par and it's a one time move anyway.

Thats a very sentimental reason but I don't think that effects Sasuke.

How does Kirin take to much time? Realistically the preparations for Kirin took about 5 minutes. From the Amaterasu spreading and a dramatic release. Most Naruto top tier fights last pretty long.

Sasuke has enough stamina using EMS, to fuel Kirin than a sick Itachi and a few fire techs.

Kishi is waiting for an epic moment to use it. Because it requires so much set up, it would be a bit ridiculous if Sasuke could use it constantly in fights; it requires that climactic moment of the battle when the thunderclouds gather over head for a final strike. Although I'm guessing that Sasuke's future power-ups will include some form of Natural Energy, as well as more chakra... so Sasuke might use it more consistently at that point, since he'll be able to harness/generate more lightning on his own.

Are you sure? Don't think that's true . When he used Katon ,he still needed chakra for Kirin.

and it failed to break through susanoo
so i think sasuke will never use it in respect for itachi and
because it let him down in the past
