The last update removed this theory and I got personal messages to repost it. I added a few more elements to make this theory stronger because I am absolutely 100% sure this is her DF and crew theme.
Another power thread from me. First of all I'm going to do my best to avoid all cliches surrounding Big Mom Devil Fruit. This is an original idea I came up with after studying Big Mam and her symbols. Now keep in mind when reading this. This is a theory meaning that it an Idea and and opinion.

Most Popular cliche about Big Mam's devil fruit
The most popular cliche I hear about Big Mam devil fruit is she has the acid acid fruit. The reason why she can't have this is simply because of Magellan. Acid is a form of poison and Magellan has already used venom demon. Acid is also a form of heat and Akainu has the strongest form of heat. From what we have seen from a yonko's fruit it has to be godly and hax.
1)Magellan:Has Venom Demon and it would be to repetitive 2)Akainu:Acid would be on par with Magma not stronger

Big Mams breakdown(Witch)
Witches were known to be fat and have big noses. So far we know there can't be any cannabilsm in One Piece because it has a younger audience and it would give Kids nightmare. Every time I hear big mam speak her voice resembles a witch. She also has the nose and the size to be a witch. She also has the stomach size and her body itself is supposed to be a pot. Thats why we saw what looked liked acid dropping out her stomach.

My thoughts:I think her stomach acts as a big magic witch pot. And in the pot is magic acid that turns opponents to candy or she can burn them with acid

Devil Fruit Abilities
1)Mobility:She gains mobility through magic witches were known to ride broom sticks but she won't have one. So in other words she'll be fast as hell through flying
2)Reality Warping:She can use nightmare tactics/Illusions in battle. Meaning depending on the user she's facing she can bring out there deepest fears on the battle field as an intimidation tactic. She can also change islands with her illusions like whole cake island. Example: Against Luffy she could use an illusion of Ace dyi ng or a SH dying
b)Reality warping also allows here to bring non living objects to life example boats
3)Crystallized Magic Acid:A lower level acid she can spit at you to turn you into crystallized candy. Because you are alive she can use your devil fruit ability to fight. But after 20 minutes she can't use it again or she can use one ability at a time
4)Higher level Melting Magic Acid:She can use a higher level or magical spit which will be the acid side of her Devil Fruit that melts
If we look at Big Mom the woman looks like she don't train thats why I'm associating her and her crew with Magic.

Ship don't sing and if the ship ate a Devil fruit it would sink. But if a DF users ability was used it wouldn't. Example Magic or some other form of Magic or animation fruit. Thats the only possible explanation to explain this ship.

Sidenote: All of the powers I listed are hax. But keep in mind this is a yonko there is no such thing as hax when it comes to a yonko because these people rule the NW. Look at WB quake fruit for example how are other yonkos suppose to match that if they aren't hax. Final thought I took everything into account when making this thread and coming up with this idea Big Mams mobility,Her attitude,Her theme other yonko's and past yonkos devil fruit. Tell me what you guys think of her power and if you have ideas please make them hax.
Mistake in the thread:I did check the manga and she ate people so dismiss what I said earlier about her getting peoples powers. I think she has a large pot in her stomach that produces this magical saliva acid. If she spits on you with it you will be turned to candy and then she can store you in her stomach.

I was actually considering she might have the jabba-jabba fruit or the hut-hut fruit in reference to the fact she is almost the same as jabba the hut from SW.... Lmao!
In all honesty, she might simply be a giant. We don't have a clear reasoning that she might have a DF. She is hungry, canibalistic and somewhat weird looking, being extremely bbig for a human. Only ones of that size were giants. Not even Moria and Paw-paw guy were that big. She might simply be a giant. Giants in folklore were said to eat kids and like sweet things.

Saliva is naturally corrosive, as it breaks down food in our mouths. However, it isn't potent. Being that Big Mod is of much higher size, her saliva should be more potent. Since she likes lots of sweet things, and is a fatass, she isn't healthy, so perhaps her body is so foul and unhealthy, her spit is corrosive.
