I have been waiting for the 8th gate since it was stated by the manga, I really doubt that it will be just another version of Hirudora, if it was I would be dissappointed U_U

I'm not saying that the new tech will be a variation of Hirudora, I'm just saying that I want to see Hirudora again, but this time powered by 8 gates. And plus, Gai could use the new tech after this.

Okay I guess I asked this question the wrong way, I wanted to ask why praise Hirudora at such this time where else the scene you're boasting about was released months ago?

Three reasons

a) I like the art in that technique.
b) Mangapanda told that Gai would start using "the forbidden technique" in the next chapter (we don't even know if it is the 8 gates, but that's the most solid bet... which suggests that a new technique would be revealed, most likely Midnight/Evening Dragon)
c) I studied kung fu and shotokan long time ago, but I'm currently studying jeet kune do. The Tiger has an special meaning for me.

Due the experience using it. He had entered 7th gate already, so he has more mastery over Hirudora than a possible midnight dragon.
