[Discussion] Shisui Uchiha...

Shisui is the most powerful Uchiha in his lifetime and after. He is right under Madara and Izuna.

He was known as Shisui of the body flicker. And as we all know, when u have a title like that, it means something

examples: Yellow Flash (Minato), God of Shinobi (Hashirama), Bringer of Despair (Madara), of the sand (Gaara), God (Pain/Nagato), Pervy Sage(Jiraya) so on and so forth..

Minato and Tobirama aren't even known for their shunshin techniques and even they are pro at it, I can only imagine Shisui speedblitzing everyone right off the bat with it. Combing that with his MS, he has the insane reflexes, and speed to basically be on par with FTG.

Not to mention he was the most powerful genjutsu user of his clan. Not even Itachi would beat him in a battle of eyes.

Its debateable if his shunshin is faster than Kamui.

I say Shisui would solo itachi pretty easily..and that would put him up there amongst the top ninja.

Danzo, Obito, and Kabuto even wanted his powers, that says something.

Thanks for not saying Kotoamatsukami, it is a cheap argument and only works 1 time per 10 years. It's not like he would waste it on any old fight.

Shunshin is not teleporting, it is just using chakra to move very fast. A title doesn't mean you are god*. Just being fast doesn't mean you win instantly, anyone faster like A or Minato can win.

He has no feats yet, so you can't rank eim.

*Pain is the Exception.

so minato lost his arm, why because madara already knows his moves...

Shisui isn't the most powerful Uchiha of his time nor after his time. I figure that Obito, Itachi and Sasuke are all more powerful than Shisui was. His Genjutsu may have been superior to all of them, but he was only able to use it twice every 10 year. Meaning that he wouldn't simply go and use it in every fight he got in, also his title doesn't mean a lot. A title is empty words, actions is what matters. Danzo, Obito and Kabuto didn't want Shisui's power. They wanted his MS, for its genjutsu. ( Which is only a part of his power. ) Kabuto wanted it for research most likely, Obito wanted it because it may prove useful against Naruto and Danzo wanted it to reach power and control. Now, let me explain why the Body Flicker isn't as fast as Flying Thunder God.

Minato's FTG is an instant teleport to one of his seals. Instant means instant, nothing is faster than instant. The Body Flicker isn't instant, its a high speed jutsu that allows the user to short to long distances at the cost of chakra. The longer the distance, the more chakra is needed. Now, from what we've seen, Minato uses next to no chakra on FTG if he even use it at all. Shisui would have used Body Flicker at the cost of chakra. On another note, its already been said that Minato was and is the fastest Shinobi to ever have lived. There are also quite a few other Shinobis that are able to preform Body Flicker Jutsu and none of them were ever ranked as faster or even in the league as Minato.

Also, Shisui has been confirmed dead several times.
