Karin doesn't have the skill in fighting she just spam the chain .Thats her fighting ability .

Which is perfect for sakura to counter sakura doesn't even need to be long ranged fighter.

A zetsu get pass through karin chains easily (her chain works for big targets that doesnt move) ,she just spam it without control

Dont bring up kushina feat .Karin have the same jutsu not the same skills .(like i said she only spammed the chains once and got fodderized next panel)

We have no idea how far Karin can attack, whole we know Sakura's mere punch to the ground destroyed everything in 100 meters.
Also the chains are completely grabbable, since they're used to pin someone down. Thus Sakura can pull Karin to her.
Karin is not surviving a direct hit from Sakura.
