Or Obito used Yin Kurama to insert his hand into Madara to access the area where the Bijuus are since Yin Kurama is shown while Obito is inside Madara right above Obito. You said that's when Obito took Yang Kurama but in the next page, as others pointed out, we see Yang Kurama's face along with the other Bijuus and it only showed a portion of the 1 tails and 8 tails being extracted from Madara. Naruto was giving a portion of all other Bijuus and the only ones he lacked were Yin Kurama, 1 tails and 8 tails which is what he's getting from Obito. Another indication of this is that when Obito was inserting Yin Kurama into Naruto, it was dark like when Minato was trying to put Yin Kurama in Naruto and Yin is dark which Yang is light; if was both then it wouldn't have been dark like that. and no reason to give the Kurama's 1 at a time, if he had both then wouldn't they have become 1 again? Black Zetsu is apart of him while they're connected and that's why Yin Kurama was shown even while Obito went in Madara.
