Impossible to say, Kishi could change his mind at any second, but, if I were to venture a guess: I would say that Naruto is definitely going to unlock something special within himself, I'm not saying he is going to go all SO6P like Madara but I think having now had a taste of each Bijuu's chakra will spark a chance meeting between Naruto and the real SO6P.

And where does the 1 tails belong? Obviously not with Garaa, he's been without the 1 tails for a while now. Also I don't see him wanting to be a Jin again when you take into account everything he went through.

As far as Bee goes, there is one of 3 things going on with him

1. He's dead
2. Tsunade is doing for him what Sakura has been doing for Naruto
3. Madara didn't take Hachibi from Bee and he did like he did to Taka
