Confirmed - The Rikudou Sennin enters the Naruto Manga in Chapter 667.
I'm starting to tremble by his presence.

I know that the previews aren't written by Kishi, but something here strikes me as being rather interesting.

"The true identity of the mysterious old man is...!?"

This would rule out Kabuto....

It would seem that the old man is meeting naruto. It would probably be RS, if anyone.

So as naruto is nowhere near sasuke, the mystery person near sasuke, is still unknown(so basically this "preview" does not affect sasuke at all.
