as shown in todays manga naruto has been given 100% or 98% of kurama

and is floating over obito (representing his full ownership)

however the over 2 are just pieces as madara states

notice which two pieces of tailed beast were taken by obito

1-tails & 8-tails

the original host of these beasts are still alive and by have a miniscule amount of there respective tailed beast

bee is still alive if you remeber back to when madara actually stole the hachibi , it cut of one of his own tails
which had killerbee inside the same moved used against taka.

so obito will give the one tails to gaara who is already at the location.
and the 8 tails portion to bee who is bound to pop up soon

naruto will have a 100% kurama mode which will dubble his previous peak of power

now we have naruto back stronger then ever
whith gaara stronger the previous and bee weaker but still
much needed help. along with obito guy kakashi and sakura
(i think eventually sasuke and orochimaru will turn up with the rest of taka)
rather then naruto gaining ridoku mode i think he will stick with kurama

Nope. Obito didn't steal Kurama that is in Madara. He'll give Naruto only the Yin together with Ichibi and Hachibi. Also in this scan you can clearly see that this Kurama is dark = Yin part.

I think the piece of the Hachibi and Ichibi that Obito took went into Naruto. The 2 pieces he specifically stole from Madara are the only 2 pieces of Bijuu Chakra Naruto was missing. I think when Naruto Awakens he will have access to some sort of Psuedo Rikudo Power now that he has pieces of chakra from all 9 bijuu.

I think this was Obito's intention. To pass it that particular legacy to the child of Prophecy.

but when obito realised what a true hokage is
he finally reached a new high

rikudo madara WILL fail

thats why naruto might be able to reach that level
but ultimatley thats a different path

Look at the bottom right of the middle panel. You will see a faint image of Kurama's head with the rest of the tailed beasts. Madara still has yang kurama. The kurama above Obito is just yin kurama
