"Ringa" and "Limbo" are two translations of the same attack. The *********** translation said "Limbo", which is that attack he used against the tailed beasts. I think it's just a weird translation issue with that attack,

I think it may have been a mistranslation, other sites were putting Rinbo, which is the tech he used to knock the juubi out from a distance.
