Can Obito use sealing jutsus?

Here it looks familiar to Minato's sealing tech when it flashes, and you guys can see the red dark colour on Naruto's chest from Obito's hand.

What is going on?

I've heard someone here said that Obito just transferred his chakra to Naruto, but when you transfer it means you can gain more chakra, NOT what inside you. One example when Naruto gives everyone his Kurama's chakra so they can be protected, however not like a sealing jutsu.

BUT Yin-Kurama is inside Black Zetsu, but it is not inside Obito.... how can he do that?

So, how can he actually use sealing tech like Minato?

i'm sure he can seal a bijuu just because of the fact he was leader of akatsuki and dealt with the gedo statue and knew alot of things generally i would be surprised if he could not do it.

And kurama did say 'reseal my other half'

Apparently as long as BZ is with him, Kurama is inside of him.

I mean, inside anothers body? It doesn't make any sense if you transfer the whole monster inside another person? You have to use sealing jutsu to complete it....?

I'm sure Obito does know some sealing techniques seeing as he was able to take Karuma out of Kushina and he also used chakra chains on the tailed beast which I'm pretty sure is a type of seal (although I could be wrong about that)
