I thought the same. Now, he'll have all the other eight bijuus' chakra and the other half. However, he lost kurama yang kurama. Unless he has that KCM chakra he took long ago, which is unlikely, then he's still missing a part.

don't forget that gedo mazous arm is also in obito's dimension.

I didnt its possible that yin kurama is not enought to save nardo and Obito has to use the gedo mazo arm also.

i think there is more to it then just having all the 9 bijju chakra .
