Exactly what is Madara thinking?

Honestly. I don't see the point in all these gimmicks to stop Naruto getting Kyuubi. I mean seriously, he gets it back, Madara can take it back the same way he did before. Right? Or am I missing something? And why the hell does he not pulverize Obito? What does he want with the other rinnegan. I thought you used sharingan for Eternal Tsukuyomi? Couldn't Madara just annihilate Obito or take Kyuubi from him the same way he took it from Naruto? Besides, why does he need all nine bijuu for Eternal Tsukuyomi, IIRC, he mentioned sometime before that it could be used without all 9 bijuu power and now he only lacks the power of half a bijuu. Why the hell is he procrastinating? Or better yet, why didn't he atomize Kakashi in the first place before he caused all this mess?

Also, does Obito and Kakashi have infinite senzu beans or something? How the hell did Kakashi's stamina skyrocket to nigh infinite? And why is Obito still alive and walking? Also, whats the deal with Obito turning 180 with a cheaper TNJ than what was used against Nagato?

P.S: I haven't been keeping track of Naruto for a long time, so forgive my ignorance.
