Sadly, no they cannot move ALL their chakra and focus it on one point. Sakura can.

true, but being able to use all the chakra points rather than just the few on the hands and feet like everyone else is actually a kekkai genkai of there's, so it's not gained through training.

I meant releasing chakra from the chakra coils. Normal people can do that with the ones only on their hands and feet

Give that KCM cloak to Sakura.. and you'll see a huge gap in the control they have over the chakra. She would outlast Naruto if they had the same chakra, simply because she has better control over it.. That is the big difference.

pinnacle not equals best chakra control
Sakura show only shape transformation .... and not even his highest form ( rasengan)
where Sakura has pinnacle control only of own chakra, Naruto has better chakra control of own,senjutsu and kyuubi chakra

Those medical abilities are saying 3/4 of Naruto fandoms fav right now.

Medical ninjustu is dangerous, I doubt poisons would affect a sage. I did say with wit and that could mean in a situation like with jiraya where she decieved him to poison him. Things like that with extensive medical knowledge can as i said before potentially be dangerous.

That's an invalid point. Naruto himself, who had the Kyuubi's chakra within him since birth had a hard time controlling it until they became friends. That alone took him, what? Sixteen years? Yet you expect Sakura, someone who has never handled Kyuubi chakra before (stated to be a very wild and powerful chakra) to have complete control over it instantly? Yet, she still healed him afterwards. Come on, what manga are you reading?
