Yes, in part one, she had astounding chakra control, however, this does not mean she is the "best at chakra control" or the "pinnacle of chakra control". That is blowing her way out of proportion, yes she is a prodigy, but then again, so was Neji, and we know how he ended up, which of course won't happen to Sakura as she is part of a team that Kishi actually give a damn about.

In part one he said she had the best chakra control among them, which to be fair to Naruto, we really don't know if it was due to him being inept or the fact he is coping with a tailed beast in him at that point which was not meshing with him.

Noone is saying she is the only one that can have perfect chakra control. But someone else being at the pinacle of chakra control doesn't mean that Sakura is any less there.

Remember naruto second step in learning rasengan .when he focus chakra in his hand for a second only a second and it was considered great chakra control .

While sakura can do that constantly for 3 years

Well that in conjunction to the databook would instigate such the databook even says that it is the pinnacle. I didn't read it until i posted it. Faye posted the right scan. I would think extremely precise would bring about the same meaning as pinacle but ok.

Because of the databook, this one would make more sense. Databook info is only outdated for ninja analysis. Not definition of techniques and the seal doesnt change.
