Jafar is an average sized man with pale skin and short white hair. He wears a long drape that covers his entire body, and an green Arabian keffiyeh on his head. He has freckles around his nose. He always carries around his red wires, which is his Household Vessel - A Special Weapon each of the Generals have, Bararaq Sei is it's name. Jafar's legs are severely scarred, marked with single, long, almost stitch-like scars. When Jafar's hair is shown, it is always wild, as has been like this since he was young.
In certain instances, Jafar's legs can be seen to be marked with two large, almost stitch like scars, which were originally confused with the jagged seams of his young assassin trousers in their first appearance. Since, recent art of Jafar has cleared the buzzing debate and confirmed the canonical nature of the lines on his legs as scars, not to be confused with his attire as a child.
Personality
Jafar is a serious person, who gets angry easily. He is most often the voice of reason when Sinbad is doing something outrageous. He tends to scold Sinbad a lot, despite Sinbad being his Superior, older, and stronger than him.

When provoked or angered, Jafar shows a whole different side to himself. He was easily willing to kill Kassim, when the latter opposed Sinbad. Another time this happened was when Judar called Jafar a "small fry" and told him to step aside, because he had some business with Sinbad. Enraged, Jafar was going to use his Household Vessel, Bararaq Sei with his full strength, but was stopped by Sinbad before he could do so.
Even though he is a serious person, he has a soft spot for his allies and is a nice guy. Jafar met Sinbad when he was young, and to unknown circumstances, decided to join him after a failed attempt at assassinating him. He's close enough to nickname him "Sin". Even though they are close, Jafar still has his moments of mistrust and anger towards Sin. Jafar also shows loyalty and trust towards Sinbad as he doesn't like people who abandon Loyalty. He is often seen to be accompanying Sinbad and took care of many official business. This trust seems to be reciprocated by Sinbad, as Jafar was also tasked to be in charge of Sindria while he was away.

Jafar is a hard worker and even made it his hobby to work, he enjoys it and does a lot of it. In his spare time he even thinks about work and what he will do the next day. He loves Coffee and hate Alcohol, he is a terrible drunk and hates telling people this as he cannot remember what happened the next day.

Background Information
Jafar was born into the Nara clan and lived within the Village Hidden in the Leaves, the Nara Shishou's taught the talented young lad in the ways of their clan - he mastered it quickly at the Age of 7. Jafar then went with his parents to Amegakure, after his Father was a wanted for treason, the reasons are unknown - in Amegakure the young Shinobi learned the ways of Rain after mastering the other Elements needed to use Rain. After Returning from one of his lessons, his parents were killed by Amegakure Shinobi - his teacher led him out of the Village and was killed holding off the Shinobi chasing them down. At the age of 10, Jafar became a Feared Assassin in the smaller Villages of the Ninja World - using nothing but basic Ninjutsu and stealth to hide within the shadows and fatally strike his targets down.

Jafar was sent to kill a Shinobi named Sinbad, but Sinbad managed to talk Jafar into becoming his ally. After the talk Jafar decided to join him - ridding of his Assassin Attire and taking up his new one as he grew up. Both Sinbad and Jafar became good friends, they fought together on many occasions whilst also gathering more followers that would fight for Sinbad's belief - he became more influential after travelling the Ninja World so many times.
Sinbad and Jafar's main home was Konohagakure, and after Sinbad's many travels, stopped in Konohagakure to help with the Hokage and the village itself. Jafar always stood by Sinbad and became his adviser. Sinbad has always wanted to have his own villagers that would look to him as their leader and so he made it his dream to become a Kage of his own Village, he promised Jafar that he was to be his Official Advisor and Second in Command, Jafar was honoured for such a position.

Lightning
Jafar is a master in lightning, though it wasn't the first Element he learned he liked this one out of all the others, developing it and making it strong, using it in conjunction with his fighting style. Sinbad taught him this element and was the first thing he taught Jafar - it also reminds him of the new power he gained after abandoning his Darkness. Jafar only needs to use one hand seal for lightning techniques that require many.
Wind
Wind was the First Element Jafar learned, he needed to learn this one to become a master Rain user in Amegakure. He like this element because of it's swift, calm nature that can become deadly and wild in a matter of seconds. Jafar performs hand seals much quicker than the average Wind user.
Bukijutsu
Jafar can use weapons very well, he has weapons hidden under his robes and in his sleeves, he also has a pouch full of tools. Jafar has Kunai hidden up his sleeves and Scrolls under his robes which he uses for Ninjutsu such as fire.
Jafar carries an ordinary Katana sometimes, especially if its war time as compensation in case he really needed it. Bararaq Sei is Jafar's unique weapon that he has had since he was a boy.
Wire Assassin
Jafar's unique weapon, Bararaq Sei gave him the nickname 'Wire Assassin'. They are two Arrow like blades on the end of some red chakra wire, each of the blades have their own Wire. The Wire is wrapped around both his arms and the blades are hidden in his long sleeves along with the wire. He uses these weapons a lot in battle and with a wave of his arm he throw the Wire at his opponent and pull it back again with a tug, he can also use them to wrap around his opponent and restrict movement.

Football Arts
Jafar knows a fighting style called Football Art which allows him the use of these soccer balls, he has tiny soccer balls stored in his ninja pouch in case he wants to use the Style. Jafar was taught this style by a Shinobi named Vex in Iwagakure - he visited there with Sinbad on his Adventures.
