What rank would sasuke be if he stayed at the hidden leaf?

True, he also wouldn't have any snake and hawk summoning contracts (well maybe kakashi would've let sasuke have a dog summoning contract..) and no kenjutsu. but still 3 tomoe sauce would be strong ...
