He was able to sense chakra without eyes, so it's safe to assume that he'd be able to sense the chakra (or whatever Sasuke did with his sharingan). I don't know what he'd do to get out of it, but I think he'd definitely be able to sense it and pull off some sort of counter. I forget, how did Sasuke get out of it?
