Hashirama fought the weakest form of madara.
Tobirama & Sasuke fought a stronger madara (who was a life, has the Rinnegan & SM)
Minato fought by far the strongest for of madara so far.

Its unfair to list them like that because Madara was different in all those fights:
- Tsunade fought against a Rinnegan Edo Madara.
- Sasuke fought a blind living Madara and then a Rinnegan/SM living Madara.
- Tobirama fought a living Rin/SM Madara.
- Minato fought a Juubi Jin/SM/Rin alive Madara.
- Hashirama defeated an Edo Rinnegan Madara and then a living blind Madara.

If you want to ignore that i'd say:
1 - Hashirama (actually would've defeated Madara).
2 - Tsunade (lasted the longest, survived and held her own).
3 - Sasuke (sparred a bit with kenjutsu).
4 - Tobirama (no comments).
5 - Minato (worse than Tobirama because he's faster in base and has SM).

They didn't fight the same Madara, so the comparison doesn't really help but if we count Madara since his appearance in the war, then i could say Tsunade is the one who put up the greatest fight. After that it's hashirama, then Tobirama, then Sasuke. I don't count Minato and Hiruzen however because Minato is still on his feet unlike them when Hiruzen didn't fight him at all

He didn't touch the current Madara, he touched a blind one with sage mode. JM Madara is in another league.

In fact, he fought Madara when he only had one eye and look at the major difference in the results

Although it's a little unfair since Minato went against the strongest version while Hashirama and Tsunade went against the weakest.

When madara stopped playing around it was Sasuke. Hashi gt one paneled tobirama stood a few panels minato gt 1 panneled. Of screen Tsunade lasted a few more panels.
