You have potential, that I can say it for sure but let me give you some piece of advice. When you write a prediction, don't talk about far too many different things. If you do that, the reeader gets tired and confused as many things go on.
1) It's better to focus on less scenes whith more depth so you can keep the readers' interest.
2) Always try to depict characters as close as possible to their real personality and judging by the previous chapters don't make abrupt changes. For instance, Obito did seem ready to put up a fight but from that to be able to take half of Madara's chakra to fight against him on equal grounds is a huge step. Afterall, it was forseek that the moment Obito deifed Madara would be the moment he would die, thus their power difference is humongous. Also, why would Minato's attack work while it didn't in the previous chapter? (that's not important).
3)Also, when you use many different scenes, make sure to make the change between of them in a smooth way, don't jump from one subject to another.
If I am to jugde you really strictly I would give you a 4/5, not bad for your first, not bad at all, I just gave some tips because you seem to have space for improvement.
