Yea op he's very strong. Kishi made him to be Op just like Madara, minato, hashirama, nagato and some others. Most people just don't accept that those 5 are overpowered/broken because their fave can't compete with them.
There's a reason they're all prodigies. Prodigies are meant to be a cut above the rest. Otherwise, they're just average nobodies who have nothing special about them. What's the fun in that
