Minato knew that obito was a Space/time Ninjutsu user, He knew that Nothing will work on him except FTG, thus he never wasted his time going into sage mode.

Correct. The only way the Kyuubi interferes with SM is when the user is trying to fuse with Fukasaku and Shima. Kurama can't decide that his chakra won't mix with Senjutsu chakra.

What? It's an asspull because there were numerous instances where Minato should have used Sage Mode, but didn't for whatever inexplicable reason. In fact, all of Minato's battles(Against who he thought was Madara, against Kurama, against Juubito, even against Raikage and Killer Bee) all required Sage Mode. Kishi has no good reason as to why he didn't use it, especially since he went into it immediately, showing he's even more proficient than Naruto at it.

That is because naruto is able to compared to minato who cannot. It doesn't matter that he used both before befriending the kyuubi, the point is, naruto is the only one who can mix both chakra's together, hence why the kyuubi said he surpassed minato and kushina both.

Naruto has Kushina's blood and has been a jichuuriki for a long time, thus enabling him to mix and Manipulate chakra to his likening.

We don't even know the limit's of Minato's Sage Mode yet, but people are already assuming it's at Naruto's level, even though Naruto was a prodigy in learning the Sage Arts.

^ That's one of the major misconceptions I've seen thus far, even though it's factual that Naruto's SM was superior to Minato's.
