And i once again repeat myself, it doesn't matter as he had access to some techniques, while Orochimaru was not. Further more, Tsunade came to his aid, and Orochimaru successfully held his own against them. The difference gap in strength between Orochimaru and other Sannin is massive.​

While Jiraiya does have his chances. They mainly lie in the Sound Genjutsu which Orochimaru is most likely not to allow happen. I'd be shocked to see Jiraiya enter sage mode, honestly. With all the time it takes for that to happen and how Orochimaru can match Jiraiya summon per summon...

It does when you have two people on your shoulders in constant meditation. Unfair? yes, but so what. There is a reason Oro never tried to take Jman on at full power, or engage him upclose for more than a few seconds. Oro is awesome, but its not his raw power of combat prowess that makes him a legendary ninja. Its his plotting and intelligence that make him effective. All the reasons why Jman would win, simply due to knowing his enemy. Jman would win in a all out fight, thats never been the question between the two.
