yeah I don't think there was any DNA to collect. I think Kabuto was able to obtain the others because of Zestu after most of the battles with the Akatsuki Zestu would eat the bodies to keep their enemies from obtaining their members' secrets. In the case of Kisame, He was eaten by his summons inside a water prison jutsu. so nothing was left behind.

Deidara, not sure how they got his DNA maybe before hand after he lost his arm the DNA was collected?

Konan-Was done in by Obito and left in that hidden place along side Nagato. SO I don't think Kabuto knew where to get her DNA

Nagato's was probably collected early on when he was child and had his eye switched, my guess at best.

Edo Tensei only requires DNA to be used. Kisame's blood was all over that battlefield.

Its as necro said, Kabuto did not have time to prepare their edo's. He was already in the process of contacting Obito and was not on a mission to continue collecting DNA for Edo around the time Konan and Kisame were killed.
