But Jiraiya Minatos sensei never mastered SM completly

Later Ma and Pa said Naruto surpassed both Jiraiya and Minato, so Minato is weaker than Pain arc Naruto at SM
So this means his SM doesnt have Narutos SM feats, just saying....

I think people are assuming it's perfect sage mode becasues of Minato's Sage Features. They are exactly like Naruto's.

When Naruto first entered this state, Pa made a comment that Naruto only had the features around the eyes and none of the other frog features. He then proclaims that Naruto entered a perfect state of sage mode surpassing Jiraiya.

Minato has the exact same features (just around the eyes) when he went into sage mode. So from what Pa said about Naruto's features we assume Minato also has Perfect Sage Mode.

But you are correct we can't really say it's Perfect Sage Mode as we haven't really seen enough of Minato's feats in SM.

It is probably a one time sage mode at a time he has. Naruto's time limit with sage mode is under a minute if he charges up a few secs, Minato barely charged his so logic tells you he uses it for a moment to enhance his abilities and then it wares off. Jmans is still better in the sense he has ma and pa to keep him in it allot longer.

I think Pa taught Minato how to use SM, but the last time Pa saw him using it he wasn't as good as now. Just like Naruto during the Kage summit arc who was continuing to train SM on his own, it's possible Minato did so as well without no one knowing, because in terms of appearance, there is no difference between Naruto's and Minato's SM, so it's the most logical assumption i can get from it
