[Theory] Obito's staff is differrent from madara's!

Obito does not have madara's staff, i wil explain:
Now in the last page of chapter 664 madara's staff is shown very visible, also in the last page of chapter 665 we see obito holding a staff and note the difference here:
obito's staff has rings on the head of the staff,
also the head of madara's staff is not fully circullar but obito's is fully circullar.
Clearly they both have diff. Staff, but now the question is how did obito get that staff?
I'wl show you ,in page 17 of chapter 665 obito punches madara in the stomach and his left hand is seen showing black zetsu's possession around the hand fleeing and that a black wierd ball forming at the back of the hand, and the next scene obito is seen with a staff.
To conclude,obito absorbed chakra from madara and made his own staff via the rinnegan and the fact that he was once connected to the jubi.
