Although she has worked with Kabuto before, as she was a leader of one of Orochimaru's prisons. She mentions that Sasuke isn't with Orochimaru. If Oro brings Sasuke along, I'm sure he has his right hand man beside him.

She has also come in contact with a Hashirama before. She was around him long enough to sense and remember his chakra. (I'm not mentioning Tobirama sensing her chakra at all) Zetsus are made from Hashorama's chakra/cells, so if she was to sense Hashirama's chakra, she would guess Hashirama before anyone else. Alas, she didn't, so Zetsu is also out of the picture.

man...it was coz karin never saw kabuto in DSM...kabuto was in DSM mode...n it is said dt it the mst evil sage mode...karin too said dt chakra was evil..
