Very few people agree that Tobirama>Base Minato. I don't see how Minato would lose an FTG/Speed Battle to him.

Increased strength and durability, Frog Kata (Tobirama wouldn't even see it coming), Increased Speed and Reflexes (added to already the fastest ninja). And increased fire power to his rasengans.

I'm sure Minato will get a couple more feats soon.

does any of this matter though?. He will keep using the same justu over and over again, his FTG won't get any faster than it already is, Increased durability?. what's he gonna do, punch Tobirama to death??.. or kill him with the Rasengan that did f*ck all to Kakashi??..
