also there are 3 equall great places, Mt.Myoboku, Shittkotsu Forest and Ryuchi Cave, and only 2 of thos have senjutsu animal masters, if shikkotsu forests offered senjutsu then tsunade would have it, since she is the best chakra master out of her sannin members...

also it makes sense that minato has sm because he and the 2 other shinobi shown to have been to Mt.Myoboku becam sages and have animal contracts with the toads, my point is if u are going to have contracts with the toads then u might as well use the source of their power, just like oro found juugo and thn he found the source his juugo's clans powr which was Ryuchi Cave

guess you failed to state that both minato and j-man had a incomplete sage mastery, which makes naruto the only one with full sage mode from the toads yes?

also, oro was in constant sage mode, sadly his was also incomplete.
