Yin/Yang release makes an Edo Tensei's Regeneration useless.
Minato is now useless (if Madara ised Yin/Yang) 'cause he has no Arms ATM.
Madara probably didn't even know Minato was an Edo Tensei, but just recognized the Jutsu he used.
