Before I start, I would like everyone to see the thread I created before the chapter came out.
In the thread one of my prediction choices was it will be a 15-18 page chapter with basically talking. I even stated who would be talking. My first choice was Madara, Zetsu, Kakashi and Minato. Next choice was mystery man and Sasuke's gang which didn't happen.
Anyway on to the chapter review.
Here we have a another talking chapter and guess who's in it, Obito. Yeah, the dude we're all tired of talking, that should have been killed by Sasuke or Kakashi some chapters back.
Now first of all why the heck is Madara even talking to Obito after seeing him almost ruin his plan and also tried to go against him and use rinne tensei on the SA instead of Madara?
Then I came across this page:
Obito is not a jinchurriki anymore so he now is able to use Kamui again. Technically Madara can't touch him, unless he has some sort of move that revokes this whole theory. But until then we have to assume that Madara is trying to talk him into giving him the eye because he can't get it himself anymore now that Obito is forcing Zetsu to support him and is able to use Kamui again.
Now this is what got me mad:
Minato can use SM. WTH was he doing the whole time after he learned that only that could affect Jubito? Well for one he didn't go into SM. People seem to have this little theory saying that Dark Kurama didn't allow him to use SM with BM. That is bull. If you think logically Kurama would not be that stubborn when everything including his own life is in jeopardy. He definitely would allow it, there's no excuse to why he wouldn't in this type of situation.
So for him not using SM until now is horrible writing, matter of fact it's a plot hole that it was never mentioned from Fukasaku himself and only Jiriaya was mentioned. Also there were may other people in the village that would have known about Minato's SM, especially Kakashi and yet he didn't say anything to Naruto after Naruto found out Minato was his father.

The rest of the chapter was just talk from Madara and Obito which I find unnecessary since it all could have been summed up in about 5 pages, also it's funny how Kishi fit that short fight scene in but doesn't want to short down the talking and flashbacks. Now either there is a good reason for it or it's just laziness.
Now I give this chapter a 2 out of 5 because of the talking with Obito, when Madara could have froze him like he did with Sasuke before stabbing him and could have forcefully took the eye and Zetsu. Even if he maybe didn't freeze Sasuke with a technique he still had other rinnegan techniques he could have used with one eye to get his other eye back quickly after Zetsu took Kurama
The reason I'm mad Kishi didn't have Madara rush to get his eye before Obito got his strength back is because Madara knows Obito's ability and if Obito has recovered any strength back he won't be able to get his eye back thanks to Kamui. This is the most anticlimactic scene with Madara after spitting out tools that are maybe threatening to him.
Anyway I don't need bashing, this is my own review for those who agree. If you don't agree that's fine. This is my own opinion.
