Kamui is overrated. i was waiting for this thread. but now its just a fact kakashis kamui is overrated.


1. if it can blitz any Character how can Gedo escape if it takes 0..01 secs to kamui GG someone?

kakashis kamui is overrated.​

Same as any jutsu. Whether it's FTG, TBB, Kamui, or Tsukiyome, they cannot "one-shot" any of the more powerful ninja.

Maddy pooped on all kamui hype, he tried to set up some kind of plan with kamui instead of doing the legendary yet non existent at the same time kamui snipe his fans speak of. It's in your face obvious at this point that kakashi can't kamui snipe, and it takes more prep/time than amaterasu.

It's obvious now that Kakashi's Kamui is no where NEAR Obito. His warp point was literally present and yet, he couldn't actually utilize it as he was still building up chakra for it - the fact I have been stating since god knows when that Kakashi's so-called instant Kamui doesn't compare to Obito's.

P.s: Oh yes, and I think we can all agree that Amaterasu > Kamui, given the fact that the 'Present Warp point' was laughably shat on. Instant indeed.

Kamui is plot. I find it hard to believe that Madara could 2 piece Minato and kick a Rasengan at Kakashi before Kakashi could Kamui Obito since he Kamui'd the Mazo in time flat.

Last chapter proves you wrong. Sasuke already beamed Maddy with Ama long distance, kakashi was in Maddy's face and tried to set up a plan with gaara instead of kamui sniping maddy and thus killing him. kamui has been shitted on and it's confirmed that Amaterasu is faster than kamui and has more range.

Kamui is one of the strongest tech ever. It can be used as a defensive tool(Obito's case) and offensive tool (Kakashi's case)

Kakashi didn't even aim for Madara but Obito, reread the manga Obito can cancel kamui like he did when Kakashi warped Gedo Mazo's head.Also this is an near death Kakashi who can't even dodge a flying arm coming at him or warp it whereas he warped thing thousands time faster than this.

just goes to show it's overrated and isn't as good ass ppl claim, it basically confirms that kakashi can NOT kamui snipe anyone at any given time.

I just made some terrible mistakes about the pics , but anyway these are facts .

Obviously it's overrated :|
Just give up if you try to explain that kamui has a charge time, or that it requires a set amount of chakra to be focused in the eye, you're just enabling the trolls.

I even saw a thread where ppl claimed kamui had less prep than amaterasu and was faster than it, there was a poll and kamui won by quite the margin. I wish I was in a mood to find it but this chapter basically proves that kamui isn't all it's cracked up to be.
