He's touching him, in a way I think, could he not just warp him into the other dimension and warp back out? There is absolutely nothing Madara could do to get out. But... that would be too easy. Then again, some asspull could happen like madara kills obito before he could warp backout, steal his eye, and somehow know to cast kamui right away lol.

It's been suggested that no teleportation besides kamui can get you out of Kamui.

Either way the Juubi can't be kamui'd. It probably has something to do with being tied to the earth and nature.

Obito couldn't Kamui himself as the Juubi Jin. Likewise, he can't Kamui Madara, the current Juubi Jin.
