Rinnegan is directly connected to Rikudou Transformation?

It seems like the Rinnegan somewhat affects the rikudou Transformation. Madara with the right eye has seemingly a more complete Cloak while Obito who had the Left Rinnegan eye have a more complete staff. Thoughts?

Lo.l literally got on NB to see if a theory would be up about this and it's the newest thread. I didn't read yet but I think there is some connection too. Has to be some reason madara's staff looked like that and that he has 1 horn and Obito had 2 and a different staff but less tailed beast chakra? Still confused as to how obito has yin yang release

His horns are not the same though. One is on his forehead, the other is further back.
