That's not copying in any way, shape or form. Go look up the definition of copying moron. All Minato did was take inspiration from it, he had to develop the jutsu himself, hence why it took him like 3 years. Rasengan is all his creation, and none of your ridiculous hate is going to deny that.

Minato doesn't have any Kekkei Genkai, and he was able to create a lot of powerful sealing jutsus from Kushina AND not even the Third could mastered it, but he was even from the Sarutobi clan.

He develpoed FTG and created as his own version of fighting and by seeing TBB once, then he was able to create another powerful jutsus. If he didn't die then he would probably master Fuuton Rasenshuriken.

What about Naruto? Using the 2nd hokage's jutsu as well, the shadow clones?

Same as Sasuke, using Kakashi's jutsu and Itachi's jutsu as well.... dude you have to read the manga before starting a thread like this, lol.

Actually, he does, it's just that Kishi won't show it for some stupid reason. In any case, Tobirama's far worse. Plot wise, Minato's a copy cat. However, Kishi just couldn't decide what to make Tobirama so he decided "Eh, I guess I'll make Tobirama a Minato+ Orochimaru+Konan fusion." Seriously, aside from spitting out water blades this guy has only recycled techniques that Kishi's already shown through either Minato, Orochimaru, or Konan.

There are 3 jutsus he's invented that I can recall off the top of my head. Ransengan, Reaper death seal, and chakra transfer. All 3 of these have been copied and used in very significantly. Hiruzen copied reaper death seal and used it to defeat Orochimaru and his edo hokages. That was Minato's jutsu. Naruto learning ransengan and spamming it? Jiraya using his ransengans? That's Minato's jutsu. Naruto transferring 9 tails chakra to the entire alliance? Minato's jutsu. Minato might not have as many "original jutsu" as Tobirama, but they're definitely as influential.
